1. Minimum Right
The minimum control of land is the right to exclude.
2. Right to Remove
The right to exclude must include the right to physically remove, by any means necessary, someone who intentionally intrudes.
3. Assumption of Intent
You have the right to assume willful intrusion, in-so-far as you use reasonable means to accomplish the objective of removal.
4. Escalation
If intent is obvious, you have the right to use any means necessary, and assume responsibility.
II. Jurisprudential Level
5. Right to Err and Standard of Judgment
You have the right to err in judgment on your own behalf and to be judged in the light most favorable to yourself, in-so-far as it was reasonable to assume intrusion and you were not in unreasonable cognitive state.
6. Ignorance Not Excusing
Ignorance of your rights does not excuse you: if you misunderstand your rights, you are culpable for any resultant damage.
