Ethics is contingent on priorities.

There are ethical universals:

1. survival is a prerequisite for all meaningful goals

2. truth is a prerequisite for all non-arbitrary goals

3. sustainability is a prerequisite for all non-temporary goals

4. reciprocity is a prerequisite for civilization

Survival necessitates:

•protecting the environment

•banning weapons of mass destruction

•universal wellness care

•world-level fascist government :to manage world level issues

•degrowth to a manageable scale

Truth neccessitates:

•ensuring public access to truth

•knowledge and creativity are the public commons

•education is free at all levels for everyone

•transparency for government

•privacy for citizens

•the following simplifications :in order to make the complex world and society understandable and manageable;

1. libertarian efficiency

2. necessary management districts

3. a book of common knowledge be kept :for citizens to have a baseline of understanding

4. laws be necessary

5. laws be minimal

6. laws be simple :so that ordinary citizens can know and understand them

Sustainability necessitates:

•permaculture priorities

•reserving most of the Earth for the ecosystem

•maintaining animal corridors and habitats everywhere.

•concentrating society into semi-autonomous city states:

1. degrowth sprawl,

2. increase efficiency of infrastructure

3. provide numerous governance experiments to draw from

•the main duty of Public Officials is delegation :distribute power to avoid any potential for corruption and to avoid single points of failure

•eliminating special interests

•business ventures be non-profits and exist for a limited mandate

•consumer goods be well made: overbuilt, modular, upgradable, repairable, recyclable

•public transportation be sufficient and free

•Advocates ( Public Officials with carte blanche to root out corruption and inefficiency )

•intellectual meritocracy

•children be communally raised

•ocusing on problems rather than symptoms

•laws must be challengeable on any of their particulars :to approach best practices

•buffers such as public insurance and constantly replenishing stockpiles

Reciprocity necessitates:

•valuing the best interests of every individual

•robust advisory democracy

•super-socialism: everyone's needs be ensured, incl. recreation and the full exploration of the world and the development of their character

•land be publicly owned and privately stewarded

•housing be available as needed through a housing lottery

•law and government be unobtrusive

•a libertarian zone surrounding and connecting the city states which enables people to opt out of society

•government be legitimate ( a natral result of many of these necessities )

•Public Officials live as monks, forgoing all but what is useful for their High Duties

•subservient to these priorities, the government’s mandate may be formally expanded beyond the assurance of necessities by will of the people

•formal social structures incl. pseudo-families of various kinds :so that everyone is ensured of a place to belong

•neighbourhoods be designed to foster a sense of community and connection

•valuing diversity

•a confidential circle of trust for every person

•prevolent libraries, museums, and educational institutions

•equivalent access to all public goods

•equality of opportunity

•technology be accessible everywhere and always optional
